      Pros

      On-boarding was a smooth transition and overall my team is great! The HQ staff is very welcoming and their turnaround time is great! I can always depend on them to answer any questions I may have.

      Cons

      Depending on a contract win to keep your job. But SID has many contracts throughout the DMV. These could be potential backup plans.
