      Focus on hard work, individual performance and customer satisfaction (before Lockheed/Leidos) near 100% growth year on year to 2014

      Cons

      Focus on reducing cost, process and contract profitability (since owned Lockheed/Leidos) Business contracting year on year since acquisition leading to regular layoffs.

      Some of the most seasoned and intelligent people that I've ever met in my career were my colleagues. Very rewarding collaboration and teamwork.

      Cons

      Government agencies move slowly. Solutions and roadmaps developed but were hogtied on execution. Position volatility with contract bid cycles.
