    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO

    I worked at T J Morris full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

If you work hard you can progress

    Cons

Huge disparity between how different regions are run and by whom and the support you are given. You are effectively on call 24/7, with the stock response from anyone else in the business being 'ask your area manager' if they are faced with a problem that they cannot deal with. The pay does not match the responsibilty.

    Doesn't Recommend

    I worked at T J Morris full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Work (warehouse picking Liverpool) is relatively easy once you are zipping round the warehouse, but its when you interact with supervisors or warehouse office staff that leaves a nasty taste. You are shouted at like kids or given bad attitude daily. One older “lady” in particular in the voice pack office has a horrendous attitude - she is short with you, impatient, unapproachable and should not be in a position in which she interacts with people. Retrain her or remove her - very unprofessional - believe it or not we don’t necessarily want to be there either love! Give your head a wobble!

    Cons

Supervisors are bullies bar one or two
