The worst company I have ever worked for

As stated in a previous review the Staff (excluding the Executive team) are incredible. The location is good. There is on site parking.

I have been working with TC BioPharm for over a year now. I am currently seeking new employment. I can honestly say that I fully regret taking the position. Every member of staff I have spoken with is unhappy and scared of losing their job. As a previous review stated, the executive team are harsh, intimidating and manipulative. They only require yes men and anyone who disagrees with their ideas or methods are pushed out. The HR Department is in no way supportive. They make no time for staff with issues and when they do, nothing is confidential and nothing is done to support staff. Annual appraisals are a joke, late and used as a way to attack, make criticism and bully. staff are often left upset and feeling demoralised. The benefits are poor, despite positions being advertised with great benefits. Holidays are not managed correctly often resulting in staff being forced to cancel holidays. Sickness and doctors appointments are not tolerated and staff are made to feel uneasy about requesting time off. Time in leui is offered as there is no paid overtime. Staff are expected to work long hours (at times16 hour shifts) as well as weekends and nightshifts, yet the positions are advertised and contracted as 9-5. When staff are unable to work late or weekend shifts at incredibly short notice they are punished. Time in lieu is given yet hard to claim as the resources are often low, Therefore staff end up being owed a lot of time back but unable to use it! Little to no recognition is given for hard work and dedication which leaves staff feeling low and unsupported. I would advise anyone looking to join TC BioPharm to seriously reconsider! I can honestly say without a doubt it has been the worst desicion I have ever made in my career.
