      Small company, you get to know your co-workers very well and it is a great group of people

      Cons

      Extreme Micromanagement, no opportunity to advance in your career, every opportunity will be taken by C-level to give negative feedback with no positive feedback. Do not believe the positive reviews here, they were written by managers to counter-act the negative reviews with no truth behind them
