- Variety projects & departments. - Flexible working hours, on-site chances, bonuses.

Cons

- Lack of technical experts. - Show off and fool customers. - So many useless/lazy employees & managers, low product quality. - PA rating is not depending on your effort during the year.

Very flexible time, many new techs to learn. Easy to move from one project to another project.

Cons

Have to work OT to complete tasks but no OT salary. Bad management: Put too many investment in one person. Experienced people usually have to handle fresher's tasks. Benefits not attractive.
