    Nice people and environment, new offices in central London, mostly 9-5 culture.

    Salary is quite low, was behind on available technology solutions, work became relatively repetitive

    Pros

    The people - some great people work there and I made friends for life The work life balance - really understanding company and very open to flexible working arrangements to suit the individual

    Cons

    The management - they don't understand how to motivate, inspire and reward people. Under staffed with no budget to recruit any more therefore people are pushed to their limit (and not rewarded) Little to no pay rises - sometimes the amounts were just insulting
