      Good leadership. Patient. Thoughtful. Socially conscious. Good sociable and technical people to work with.

      Cons

      Board doesn't fully understand TSO so can't properly grow it. Two great services but not fully aligned.

      Senior management don't really care about staff development, DE&I at an authentic level, accurate resourcing or communicating effectively with teams. Tech infrastructure is laughable
