I was approached by the CEO Prasannan Krishnasharma to work for him as an account manager for this so called IT staffing firm. In the 3 months what i saw made me want to quit and so i did. None of the consultants are legit, every one has a made up resume as approved and mandated by Mr. krishnasharma. The CEO gets people through his private networks to get training in specific languages and has their resumes made up and marketed on the internet via dice. There is no marketing team for the consultants and a lot of times the consultants are required to market them selves. When i made suggestions to have a marketing team and stop putting out fake made up resumes, i was asked to do my work and not bother him. Many consultants work in client sites with 5 to 6 layers ahead of them, some times these middle companies are friends of Mr. krishnasharma who wont run pay roll on their end and consultants wont get paid, when questioned the CEO says he will pay them later and i have been in the unfortunate position of having to answer the consultants. Some labor laws are also violated - The CEO has a policy of not mailing to the consultants a copy of their Pay-stub, since they are all on a work visa and need the pay-stub to move to a different employer, it is his way of holding them and he has been very explicit with them. Now there was an incident, one of his consultants went to his home country and had to go to the embassy for visa approval but was denied saying his employer is not in the good books of the USCIS - That was it, i quit and when i talked to krishnasharma about it he took no responsibility for it and pushed it on one of his partner firms (his friends).
