Pros

They gave you a chair to sit on.

Cons

Micro-managed, lots of inaccuracies about what the job actually was, slave to the phone system, managers played favorites and were two faced, pay was low, responsibilities were high with little reward for achieving them,

Pros

The working environment is very friendly, and encourages communication between employees and departments if a question arises. There are good benefits to working with the company, and the culture promotes healthy working habits; the software and customer service provided is held to a high standard, but not at the expense of an employee burning out or rushing a deadline. There have also been multiple instances of promotion within the company in various departments since I started here, so there are lots of career opportunities. I feel valued as an employee here.

Cons

There is no way to work from home.

Pros

* All managers were very nice and were very approachable even the CEO. * a great place to aquire a lot of computer knowledge if you know nothing. I'm currently a SharePoint admin at my current job, and working at Tabs3 helped me out a ton with this. * 90% of customers were very nice and a pleasure to deal with

Cons

* ProvitSolv (the parent investor) is garbage and completely changed the way that the support department is configured while working there. Instead of just providing support, everyone was also forced to sell additional products to current clients. It was very annoying and not what I signed up for when I first worked at the job. * People started leaving the support department and the company did nothing to try and backfill positions. We had wait times up to 15 minutes when I left and that was unacceptable by company standard but nothing they were doing was trying to remedy the situation. Instead they just wanted us to get more leads.
