    Pros

Experience a lot of different things, you are thrown into a lot of stuff that makes it a great place for "on the job" development.
Get exposure to the Japanese culture.

    Cons

Expected to deliver a lot. People often reflect negatively about the lean environment and the high delivery expectations

    Advice to Management

There a few people that cling on and should be moved on, particularly those that manage up, but take no care of their teams below them.
