Cons
The owner of this firm micro-manages the employees quite aggressively, to the point that they must approve all out going emails. The owner is obsessed with personality assessments, and will spend inordinate amounts of time going over the same points again and again. The firm has very little business so expect to work on the same thing over and over and over again. You will be bored working at this company. The benefits are really inadequate for today's employment market. If you want a company that will give you interesting work to do, this is not the company you want to join.

Highly respected ownership. Culture encourages teamwork and learning from each other - not working against each other. Variety of projects creates energy and enthusiasm. Amazing location and progressive environment. We are a "family" always supporting each other. Truly a safe and rewarding company to work for. Life work balance is always considered.
Cons
Parking can be a frustration but it's made up by the generous work life balance
