-MICROAGGRESSIONS
-Minorities are watched under a microscope, being looked at for any mistake while their counterparts are given leeway and room to make mistakes and grow.
-micromanaging, but for only 'certain' employees.
-same employees get recognition and rewarded over and over again for doing the bare min- big favoritism.
-They look for any reason to let 'certain' employees go.
-if you resign, they won't accept your 2 week notice.
-blame game culture. they claim to be collaborative but are quick to put the blame on colleagues or tattle tell when a project isn't going well rather than address the real issues.
-they lie to you during the interview. it's an agency set up and it's cut throat don't be fooled.
-this environment is not equal for all employees. if you are considering going here, dont. go some where all people and diversity is wanted and celebrated. unless you want to be watched and targeted like you stole something
glad I left there when I did and wouldn't be surprised if this company is looked into in the near future.
