Absolutely none. Don't bother. They don't even bother providing a decent salary.
Cons
Where do I even start. 1. Be prepared to be completely micromanaged. You will even be told how to manage your open windows on your desktop. "Don't maximise your windows! Very slow! Split your screen!" (They only give you one monitor, by the way.) 2. You cannot leave your seat unless it's to get water and use the restroom. And your in-charge WILL monitor how long you take. 3. No breaks. You're expected to work like a robot. You can't use your phone unless it's for *work*, you can't step out for 10 minutes to get coffee, you definitely cannot step out for 10 minutes for a smoke. 4. The working environment is beyond toxic. One in-charge in particular. Anyone who works/worked here knows who I'm referring to. 5. They're craaaazy strict about punctuation. You come in at 9.01 and your in-charge is going to talk to you about being late.
