Pros

Growing software company that's bringing on great clients and rapidly expanding. Working with great clients and partners. Very friendly team environment that supports each other. Management values perspective from across the organization. They do emphasize work life balance for employees.

Cons

If you're not prepared for a fast paced, roll up your sleeves and get the job done environment, may not be the best fit for you. If you're ready to dig in then there's a ton of opportunity to grow and gain new experiences.

Pros

seems like a ok company to work with at FIRST.

Cons

- but working with the company for few weeks, turns out to be not a place you wanna be - business and social ethics are very low, or I should say, no ethics would be a fair to say. - needs lot of improvements to make it a breathable working environment
