Pros
Although you have the opportunity to have visibility to upper management and have the chance to have "uncapped commission" it comes with a lot of strings. Expect to wait 3-4 months to even see your commission. Although there is the opportunity for growth it comes with a lot of strategizing and playing a game, which becomes exhausting.
Cons
Unfortunately a lot of extraneous variables come to play and are not taken into consideration when it comes to performance. There is no room for grace, eventually, you just feel like a number even if you are trying your hardest, unless people are signing it's simply not enough. The base salary is also not enough so expect to live paycheck to paycheck. The micromanaging and need to control everything eventually becomes too overwhelming.
