I have been working at TalkTalk Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great people and culture - collaborative and helpful team. Good work life balance - flexible working (core hours are 10am-3pm) and working from home - and senior management really striving to make it a great place to work.

    Cons

They need to focus on less things/priorities. It would help get things done.

I have been working at TalkTalk Group full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Flexible Working - VERY flexible with regards to home working, etc., (depending on role, of course) Some good benefits including free phone/broadband/tv

    Cons

    * Wages are non-competitive for market standard. * Bonus has been non-existent the last 2 financial years. FY19 received a 'recognition payment' for hard work during FY19, but payment came with a clause that employees must stay at the company until December 2019 or they would have to pay the money back. * Commute - Offices are in the centre of Salford and unless you live in / around Manchester or have easy access...

    Advice to Management

Stop paying hefty bonuses to upper execs and start paying industry standard wages so you can get the in-house talent you need. Stop shelling out for 3rd-party contractors and up-skill your in-house employees. Gain their loyalty.

I worked at TalkTalk Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great culture first and foremost! The people are great to work with and the environment is very laid back and social. Good development and training opportunities and the support network is amazing! Lots of opportunity to move around at TalkTalk and they are on board with flexible working.

    Cons

Too many arduous processes to follow (especially in the marketing division). Lots of unnecessary meetings From experience, you can only progress in your role if someone leaves or goes on maternity. Too many restructures and team changes
