Pros
Some good open and collaborative approaches to work in a very people-orientated organization, a lot of emphasis on work-life balance and mindfulness. Most people here are willing to consider opinions from anybody regardless of discipline or tenure. You feel very looked after most of the time here.
Cons
Can be challenging to understand the complexities of corporation tax software and the reasons why things work as they do, some old mental models still exist about how to work which makes transforming working models to more agile and customer-centered ways take a little longer than would be appropriate. Some silos can creep in due to relying on old muscle memory and for a fairly remote company it can be hard to completely iron out.

The people are great throughout and genuinely care about you and your role. Salaries are very competitive and the commission structure is good

Great communication and plenty of opportunity for team building. Fabulous people who are highly skilled, work hard and collaborate well for joint success! The company is growing and employs externally as well as promoting internally, as appropriate. Great products demonstrated by loyal, long standing customers.
