- pay makes it possible to dream big outside of work - setup allows you to enjoy life - working with people who you like - thinks of inclusivity even when inconvenient - healthy way of handling PTOs - listens intently and adjusts to feedback

- everyone is a high performer, mediocrity is NOT frowned upon but unusual
