    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Taylor's University College full-time for more than a year

    Pros

It is challenging however unlike public unis there is no one stopping employees from advancing in their career or research if they want to. If you love to work hard and advance the door is open for you they are quite encouraging actually.

    Cons

Maybe a little bit more incentives for high achieving academics would be nice.

I have been working at Taylor's University College full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Flexi hours, comfortable cubicle with 4 per room

    Cons

Totally different direction now. Research centric. Massive change on the programme structure and teaching method. Only hiring people with PhDs and kinda force the non PhDs to start PhD ASAP or else find other jobs. Upper management rushing into major changes just to chase ranking as no 1 private uni and no 1 in everything!
