Pros
The people that I work with are amazing! We have a great office, awesome mentors and advisors. We get to travel to meet with new companies. I personally enjoy getting to work with our portfolio companies. The new team and management at TW has changed for the better.
Cons
Having to restore faith in the TW name after past employees have made mistakes.
