The team who suffer with you are nice

Cons

Lies lies and more lies. No honesty to employees or clients. The boss talks “family” but uses and abuses staff in a passive aggressive way. No work life balance is allowed even if it is mentioned. Reviews weren’t reviews, just a meeting with HR “hi here is your pay rise bye”

No benefits at all Poor working environment unrealistic expectations Half of the team don't speak English Ridiculous timesheets - expected to populate EVERY MINUTE in your timesheets

A very healthy and supporting atmosphere with a collaborative team

Pros

I learn every day from my leads and from the user stories I work on. TechLabs is a very good place to work and learn from.

Cons

I really can't think of real cons but I can say there is no mentorship program for employees, you have to seek knowledge by yourself. But that is understandable.
