Well I can spend a lot on this but let me just highlight the main points here.
• Very low scale organization consisting of a very small team with barely any chances of growth.
• Only a handful of people are working in core technical domain and you can never enter that very team.
• You'll always be struck with Microsoft technologies and tools.
• No chance of changing of verticals or fields.
• No rehabilitation. All they want is that you should work for them, even on Saturdays.
• The top management is simply intolerable. They’ll harass you in public; will give you simply unrealistic targets and even if you achieve them, they still won’t be happy with that.
Special tip: Whenever you enter the office please make sure you leave behind your self-esteem behind just because with that you can’t survive a single day here.
• They can chuck you out of the company even if you’re working hard giving a very stupid reason that they don’t have any projects. The job security is absolutely zero.
• From day one onwards they’ll expect you to know everything and they'll not provide you any training at all.
• Immense pressure will be there on you and nobody will step up with a helping hand.
• They create a lot of issues in giving proper relieving to the employees.
In the nutshell, try avoiding this company if you don't want any bloats on your profile/CV.
