Pros
Excellent teams of people. You can tell everyone is committed to seeing this company be successful. Better than average benefits package, that includes medical and dental. Gourmet catering on Wednesdays. Micromanagement is nearly non existent.
Cons
with such a fast paced environment its often easy to lose track of the time and accidentally put in overtime.

Homemade weekly catered lunch Startup environment where employees have a huge part in the growth of the company as well as themselves. Excellent benefits with employee in mind. Great time off policy Great work/life balance CEO is a great guy with a goal to help each person reach their full potential.
Cons
Can be stressful at times with work load.
