Pros
Good co-workers. Good managment. Room to grow if you show them you are driven and have a reliable work ethic. Overtime during turnaround time. Management allowed me to work in various departments and develop a broad set of skills - this has given me a competitive edge. I have since moved on to an advanced role with another company, but I owe the beginning of my career to these managers for seeing something in me and giving me the opportunity to grow. I am still early in my EHS career, but growing at a rapid rate and I attribute much of this to my time spent at Teksolv. Thank you!
Cons
As with most things, it's about perspective. I could choose to complain like other employees, but instead I choose to be grateful for my time there. Pay and benefits certainly could have been better but they are a smaller company, so I understood it.
