Pros
Salary and medical benefit on time. Recently it is sold to Amdocs.
Cons
1. High level of Nepotism in Management. They promote and prefer Gujrati class. 2. Prefer H1B employees over GC/Citizens. During slow time they bench the GC and US citizen employees 3. They divide the salary into Monthly Per Diem and do not follow Tax rules. Also they like to cut monthly perdiem if employees goes to PTO 4. No promotion unless you are a Gujrati 5. No training or developement
