    Pros

    Great support from senior staff. Loads of training provided. Campaign-specific training.

    Cons

    High workloads. Low salary, unable to keep up with market so retention is low. Salary does not adjust for inflation, so even with a pay-rise, if it's lower than inflation the only way to earn more is to take on a new role.

    I have been working at Teleperformance full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The biggest pro is I work from home which is amazing. As well as that, not only that but the work culture is amazing, the people that I work with in my team are wonderful and the senior TLs are also really great. I really enjoy working for TP and love their staff incentives like referring a friend or the OT incentive as well as bonuses. There’s amazing opportunity to grow within the company and for future career opportunities. We also get access to TP benefits which can save money at different stores. Best of all, they really care about your mental health having an email or a 24 hour telephone line you can call to discuss anything. They care about your health in general really being wonderful about chronic illnesses and always want to reach out to see how they can help you first.

    Cons

    I would only say the pay gap for above 25s and Under 25s, especially at a management level but also, the pay is actually quite good considering I WFH and have eliminated lots of travel costs and other monthly costs I accrued working in an office.
