Pros

If you are able to be fake all the time, you will do well here

Cons

If you crawl up the backside of the managers then there's a slight chance you will have any kind of progression. There's no trust or leadership in Glasgow office everybody is faking it to keep their job. Have not had a 1-2-1 for 4 months and was told to "just try harder" which covers all the training provided on the job Huge salary discrepancies Unstable campaigns. When they end the favourites will remain and the rest will be laid off I know at least 4 others who are waiting for corona to end and quit ASAP before this company makes you feel completely worthless Moving targets throughout the month as far as bonuses go Toxic work environment

Pros

Perks for those in needs like free food and pre-paid transportation.

Cons

US company storming into Europe through Scotland with newly appointed directors who had nor idea of European culture, neither so which is more concerning for a European hub. So Glasgow has staff but bit weak on Management, be mindful of that.

Pros

- Nice office on Bothwell Street in Glasgow, 2 minutes walk to Central Station. Lots of delicious food and coffee places right outside the office. - Multicultural environment and some great co-workers

Cons

- Unfair pay (if you don't negotiate well when being offered the job): people's salaries varied from £18,500 - £28,000 p.a. for doing the same job and having very similar experience and skills - Favouritism: if the boss doesn't like you, you will be gone again soon. - While opportunities for progression were open for all to apply, only those that were friend's with the boss were successful in obtaining a promotion - Some manager's management style's were edging on bullying. Several members of staff (most of them being strong and confident individuals) regularly came out of meetings in tears. - Unrealistic targets and pressure that is counterproductive - At the end of the day, you're just a number - individuals are not being valued or appreciated. The company portrays themselves as one happy family, when in fact it is a throat-cutting, non-caring, money making machine. - No transparent communication - Pigeonholing: You are required to complete a PI test as part of the onboarding – the results get shared by the management and the CEO reviews the employee’s “graph”. After looking at it for 10 seconds, he claims to know your capabilities and personality and from that moment onwards you are being put in box, that it is very hard to climb out of. - High turnover of staff Overall, one of the worst company’s I have worked for.

Yes, you are right, we have a payscale which is commonplace in industry and there a number of factors which go into where you fall on the payscale - languages spoken, years of experience, levels of leads delivered, etc. Overall, we are sorry that you had such a negative experience but will use your feedback to get better!
