Management doesn't care for it's workers, yet they expect 100% from everyone, they under pay there best workers and treat there temps and younger staff like they are disposable

No extra hours expected from employees.

Cons

Senior Management lives in a bubble. They have no idea how things work outside. They continue to do things like they always did and expect different results. Management needs to be held accountable for their actions. Just because someone has worked in the company for a long time doesn't mean that they can get away with anything.

Pros

There are some great people that have end up being friends and some very immature for their age and for the role they are in.

Cons

Very unfair processes and thinking from management. One team is able to work from home twice and others only 1 and others not allowed. It should be fair across from ELT down except owner.
