Thank you very much for the review which is factually correct with regards to salary payment. Due to the current pandemic situation, like all companies, cash flows have been impacted. And, to ensure that we protect jobs, in a town hall meeting it was agreed to clear salaries in two tranches for all employees who are drawing salaries above a certain level. This is a temporary arrangement and we are very thankful for the cooperation that the company has received from its employees.
Good colleagues
Good for the beginning of a career
Work life balance possible
Weekends Off
Chance to explore ideas
Cons
Low number of Clients
Monotonous work
Too much illogical rework & intrusion of seniors in every work
Stuck in traditional approach and no risk attitude
-Good staff
-Senior staff including MD are approachable
-Good work ethics
Cons
- Client treats the team very badly , just because this one client is associated with Tempest for so long that does not mean they have right to treat people in such a bad way. ( The marketing head of the client is the worst person I had ever encountered)
Design department is given too much importance unnecessarily compare to the market they are not that evolved
