Given the small nature of the team, engineers get to wear many hats and work on different projects, lead initiatives, and collaborate often with each other. It's a great place for growth and team work.

Cons

Given that it's a startup, priorities can sometimes change or shift mid-project.

Pros

Work with a company that is on the rise. Creative coworkers that really seem to like each other. The product can truly sell itself today. Leadership is very energetic and excited about the product and direction of the company.

Cons

Like any startup, there are good days and bad days. Covid didn't help, but it did set the company up in a strong direction moving forward.
