I worked at Tesco part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Decent pay for students - a job where you get as much from it as you put in. Higher levels of seasonal staff turnover, new staff needing trained etc and this is left to the more senior or sensible members of the team. If you work harder you are naturally given more responsibility and more is expected from you. Had a good 5 years working here whilst at university.

    Cons

At times hard to get breaks when on the shop floor, back rooms manic at Christmas time with little space to move.
