employees are benefited with flex timings. Employees are asked to work WFH on weekly employees are happy to work in the collaborative work space number of TPs, meetings rooms are available to have individual catchup with stake holders which helps employees to have a good rapport with stake holders
Cons
Management to look at leads/managers whether they are giving correct ratings to employees.. should have more catch ups with HR to know how managers/Leads are doing rather than regionally biased.
