Friendly people, decent pay, I'm contracted for just 21 hours however for the past six months I have been working nights 45 hours per week, I recently took 2 1/2 weeks holiday and I was paid the average of what I have worked over the past 12 weeks so I can't complain. They have a decent pension scheme and a union (although they haven't done much for me personally) still it's a sign of a good employer in my book.

Cons

Long hours, can be heavy work at times, managers will pull you off to do other things (facing up/working back door/ restocking) and also expect you to finish up your own work by the end of your shift. Over time is fairly common.
