I have been working at Tesco part-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

My Store is very close to home.

    Cons

Expected to run an entire department on your own on a Saturday and Sunday, which are the busiest times for customers. Dreadful, ever decreasing wages Wages rarely correct as always underpaid. No Personnel/wages people to deal with it. Appalling, arrogant and lazy Management, who are clueless.

I have been working at Tesco part-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

You are given a job and are usually left alone to get on with the work. The work is very simple and repetitive, so no training is needed.

    Cons

No thanks for a good job done. Weak and ineffective management team who provide little encouragement and/or support. You are invisible! There are also different expectations regarding work load with some people doing very little whilst others struggle to complete their work. Not what you know it's who you know these days!
