    Great team of people to work for and with, great benefits, great career options

    Sometimes can be very inconsistent say one thing but mean something else, need to be more transparent from board

    Listen to feedback from stores, but hear don't just listen as that's our biggest resource of info
    We can't just pick and choose

    Flexible hours, excellent experience, good during college, excellent wage after 3 years, easygoing atmosphere, good colleagues, management treat staff better than other stores

    Cons

    management not taking suggestions on board, weekend and evening hours can be tough working til 11
