I worked at Tesco Ireland full-time

    Pros

Few qualifications needed, little experience needed. Fine if you're happy to work in retail. Decent maternity leave.

    Cons

Hours posted only days before you're working them, and sometimes hard to get certain days off. Low pay coupled with unsociable hours and no chance of getting regular hours.

    Advice to Management

Offer regular working hours to staff after a certain time at the company, or offer better pay for unsociable hours.
