I worked at Tesco full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Working 5/7 did mean you could add extra days into your holidays; flexible rotas; working BHs and choosing to take the time in lieu when suited you.

    Cons

Upper management appearing to be untouchable; promoting people who just say and act how they want you to and not people who actively make the store run better; nepotism; no accountability from upper management.
