    Clubcard discount, co-workers and pushes you to be at your best all of the time.

    Cons

    Shift Leaders are lent upon heavily. Too heavily. Unrealistic demands from management. No breaks (unpaid for 1.5hours). Working past home time. Lazy colleagues. Bad back. Constantly trying to maintain a positive attitude when you are dying inside. Increased workload and demands for perfection with a reduced workforce.
