    Advice to Management

Continue to support and help your staff. The provision of courses to develop yourself was very helpful. It was nice to know that staff was able to work flexible hours

I worked at Thames Water full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good pay, lovely people, nice working environment, amazing engineering business with many years of knowledge and expertise.

    Cons

A lot of change means chaos. Senior management keep changing the focus which has a severe downstream impact on lower level staff. Not enough reward and recognition and staff morale in certain areas is low. Many broken processes mean that customers fall through gaps and this generates complaints. Big divide between senior management and staff that do the job. Things are improving but changing a culture takes time.

    Advice to Management

Stop fire fighting and be more strategic and brave!
