    Pros

Growth, Exposure, Experience, Schedule Flexibility, Great Benefits.

    Cons

Some positions are obtained based off of time in company and having to have a 4 year degree. Regardless of previous experience in some cases.

I have been working at The Clorox Company full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The culture at Clorox Canada encourages diversity and flexibility. The management team is approachable and supportive, and the business teams work together as a supportive unit.

    Cons

Clorox Canada is very lean therefore it can sometimes be difficult to get promoted to higher roles although there is ability to take on International roles remotely working from your home base if you choose.

    Advice to Management

Continue to stress laser-like focus and prioritization as this is what has made the company successful. Continue to allow for flexibility to ensure employees at all life stages can successfully manage both work and personal life.

I have been working at The Clorox Company full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I've been here nearly 20 years and I wouldn't have stayed if I didn't believe in the company and what it stands for. It's filled with smart, talented people that make it a joy to come to work every day. The company is values-led and truly committed to doing the right thing. It's also strategy-led, so you know where it's headed and what the focus is at all times. We have a fantastic CEO as well.

    Cons

The company is working very hard at trying grow faster and change our culture to enable that by allowing employees to Be Bold, as the initiative is called. It's all about taking thoughtful risks and learning from failure. We need to drive this harder. We're also focused on driving inclusion and diversity -- and that's something we've done well, but can never let up on in this world, ensuring everyone feels welcome and able to bring their whole self to work every day.

    Advice to Management

You're focused on the right things, just dial it up!
