Cons
It was a terrible experience and a horrible working environment. They say they are a "direct marketing company," but that is a total lie. ITS SALES. The owner treats her employees like garbage, and its so unprofessional. Everything they sell you about professional growth and owing your own company is also a lie. They will run you into the ground daily (worked roughly 60 hr weeks), and you still won't be good enough unless you consistently make the owner good money.
