Pros

Not a thing. There's a 20 word minimum here so I will keep going because I have nothing good to say.

Cons

The website does NOT have what they actually do. First of all, pay is $8hr plus "commission". your not an event coordinator. you sit at Sams club and "promote" new items. this job is a joke and everyone evolved is a joke.

Pros

learning experience. I liked that there are many opportunities to network with the right people for the job. It definitely taught me how to look for a dishonest company in future interviews and experiences.

Cons

They are very good at going around the question when it's something they don't want you to know or they think you won't be happy about. Such as benefits or pay structure or even what the job really is. They find eager to succeed people that are looking for a great opportunity and manipulate them into being an in your face salesman at a supermarket or Costco (while telling you you're not really selling you're just promoting) in order to "pay your dues" to move up in the company. I worked 70+ hours a week while I was there and received checks for 300-500$ biweekly. When I asked about it they avoided the question and referred me back to the commission structure. From what I signed when I was hired I would be able to take them to court for the way they payed me.

Pros

It's a good place to learn. You certainly learn a lot about many different things, you can learn how to train, how to fight through bad days, reach out to experienced executive managers. In the morning you go to the office and have AM meetings, and it's a great place to learn.

Cons

All things considered, this company is not honest. They are definitely all talk. Pay is very minimal, they treat you like garbage, verbally abuse you, manipulate you into thinking ANY problem is your fault. I would never recommend working there. It's hellish. I think it would be a great opportunity to become an executive manager, but not if you have to go through (they tell you 9 months m, but it's a lot more like 12-18 months) of training.
