      Pros

      - Laid-back atmosphere - Very nice people - Lots of flexibility with hours and vacation - Lots of fun social events - Work itself is engaging & interesting - People genuinely care about having a positive social impact

      Cons

      - Some growing pains with fast expansion - Not uncommon for people to work a fair amount of overtime (but this is improving) - Can be shaky with onboarding/training, internal comms

      Pros

      If you want to do meaningful work, like truly meaningful work, you will be happy here. Managers are all excellent people, and the culture is very caring amongst each other.

      Cons

      Salary might be lower which may have affected retention, but no one is really underpaid, and there is a tradeoff for trying to do socially impactful work.

      - Adheres to the mission of a social enterprise - An engaging array of diverse problems to solve - Ample opportunity to demonstrate aptitude and progress quickly - Amazing coffee

      Cons

      It's a start-up. Not everything is figured out but its readily apparent that leadership is learning and improving.
