They dont care about the people, fixed salary is very low, it will all depend on your sales. However, its not an easy product to sell, since they dont offer any trial and want the clients to pay for a whole year license. Doesn't make sense.
Besides that, they have no kitchen, just a common area of the whole building on ground floor, without plates or anything and always crowded and dirty. Terrible.
They make you do bizarre amounts of cold calling that make no sense, the kpis are insane, they have kpis for demos, calls, everything. Terrible pressure and if you dont sell for ONE MONTH they fire you.
The contract is also ridiculous, having an illegal clause that says you have to pay them 3K if you leave the company before 2 months.
