      good for fist job, recruiters will try to help you all the time, pay on time

      Cons

      You will get pay per hr, schedule can change anytime, no benefits, no statutory holidays, a lot of days waiting for a call; it is not full time job but you have to be full time available. Salary can change according to the project, it is under the average rate. no options to grow up inside the company

      Ok for starting out but not worth staying for a long term prospect especially the Mississauga Branch.

      Cons

      High Turn-over at Mississauga Branch, staff unmotivated, people treated like numbers 'human transactions'. Possible lowest compensation structure for the industry despite being a very demanding environment.
