Pros

I worked at The Entourage for a few short months, and it was a horrible experience. There are some nice and intelligent people that work there, however they were few and far between, or too scared of management to provide any legitimate support. The number one pro however, would be that leaving the Entourage has given me a greater appreciation for healthy work cultures, because upon leaving my mental and emotional health has greatly improved.

Cons

Where do I even start... The amount of bullying, threatening, manipulation, sexual harassment, inappropriate behaviour, sexism, misogyny and fake personalities (to name a few) I experienced in this toxic workplace were second to none. KEY EXPERIENCES: - My directory constantly berated me for the slightest mistakes / miscommunication, but would celebrate my hard work in front of the whole company at their "Made it Happen" Friday afternoon meetings. - There is absolutely no management responsibility, and if something fails it falls on the low ranking employees. - I witnessed young female staff receiving inappropriate messages or behaviour from senior male staff. - There is NO HR team, and majority of directors and managers are unequipped to manage a team, so no one can give you support. - The workload is ridiculously high and you are expected to work yourself to breaking point. If you don't, then you're portrayed as not pulling your load and your job security is threatened. If you reach out for help, they will tell you to "lean in" (also something they say to clients who are not seeing results) and then nothing changes. - The organisation offers no flexibility. Forget having a life outside work, otherwise your commitment to the organisation and its "cause" is questioned. Feels like a cult. - There is minimal autonomy or freedom to do your job. You will constantly feel like you have management breathing down your back. I left within months. The friends that I made left within months. Many of the only friendly and hard-working people in this organisation left within months. Please don't work here.

My experience was terrible

Pros

Some friendly and talented people in the lower ranks

Cons

My initial review was removed after 4 years of it being up with a high helpful rating. I've bothered to log on again, some 4 years later, just to put up ANOTHER review to try to be clear about why you should avoid this company without posting anything that might contravene any guidelines and be vulnerable to a review. I witnessed extremely unprofessional behaviour by senior staff. In my experience, the culture that the Entourage sold was not more than skin deep, and was a burden to most of the employees rather than a source of inspiration. I personally witnessed harassment of employees, employees crying in the bathroom and drug use on the premisis by senior staff. I saw distraught customers refused refunds that they were promised, and put on predatory credit plans. Most of the positive reviews on the site are by current employees, and they share extremely similar good points and bad points. They are all five stars. When I worked at the Entourage, I was asked to use my personal social media accounts to support the business and advertise it to my friends and family. I have no way of knowing whether or not a similar instructuion was given to current staff for glass door.

Pros

Lot's of fun people work here.

Cons

Highest staff turnover I've ever seen. Sales managers have no true experience outside of here, but think they're sales gods, They're a mediocre rep at best. Incompetent and manipulative leadership, They invested into the company so they're stuck. Company has shrunk by more than 50%. Shady practices, I've witnessed small business owners being lied to countless times. I was encouraged to do so also but refused. We listened to one of my call recordings and I was asked why I didn't manipulate an elderly retired woman into joining. Product is not unique, you can get everything they teach for free very easily (and it's more current and relevant). Only the community element is of value. This company peaked in 2015 and has been on life support since
