La empresa trabaja con cuatros pilares para el trabajo; RESPETO, CONFIANZA, TOLERANCIA Y RESULTADOS. El dia a dia es muy bueno, ya que el trato dentro de la empresa es de familia. Si uno de necesita apoyo de alguien más, la ayuda se tiene todo con el fin de entregar resultados al final del dia. Siempre hay respeto entre todos los integrantes de la empresa, por muy diferente que sea su puesto (de alto o menor rango). Con el objetivo es dar resultados, y obtener un GANAR - GANAR , porque si gana la empresa también los empleados,

El tiempo que llevo en la empresa me ha ayudado a crecer como persona y profesional, pero lo que buscó ahora es un cambio de proyecto para enfocarme en otros objetivos y retos, con el fin de crecer más de manera profesional.

*You will learn how to work with the bare minimum of everything (info, formation, equipment). *Free coffee (?).
Cons
*Abusive bosses. *They take part of the established salary if you want the insurance "benefit". *Outdated work equipment. *Outdated work methodologies. *They don't offer possibilities of remote working. *Serious lack of COVID measures. *No constant water supply in the office. *No employee formation. The workers have to study on their own in their free time. *International work for multiple countries, but payment following the standards of the origin country (which is NOT enough).
