Absolutely none, worst mistake of my life going to work for this outfit

Your so called manager you report too, basically have no balls, they manage up, not down. They treat and speak to staff like sh1t, they go through staff like a hot knife through butter, and the worst of it, when you tell them that your leaving because you have a better offer else where, McDonalds Drive Thru would be a massive step up, they then ask what you would like to stay money wise, which I refused and then they wouldn’t speak to me cause I was leaving, and the worst if it was they didn’t want to pay me my monies that they owed me when I left which was over £1.5k, it took me 11 x weeks to get my money off them after I left, but because I wouldn’t let it go, emailing and chasing them every week, I eventually got paid, minus 2 x hours pay, if they need the money which was rightfully mine as I’d work these hours, then they can keep it,
