I worked at The LEGO Group part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Really good fun, very different to other retail environments I have worked in. Good discounts, friendly staff and customers

    Cons

Pay not amazing but then I was only a sales assistant doing quite a fun job so can't complain

I worked at The LEGO Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great online discount (if you're given the details for it), mostly nice coworkers, some lovely recurring customers that you get to know well. Fine as a general retail job but not as a career.

    Cons

Very focussed on secret shopper to the point where you felt like you were annoying customers . Constantly flipping from close to finish shifts so no time for a social life/actual sleep. Very hostile once you've handed your notice in.
