    Company has great tenure amongst recruiters and leaders, many who have been here for 15-20 years, allowing great relationships to be built

    Technology is just now coming up to speed, growing pains expected, but overall 10x better than it was 2 years ago

    - Junior staff came from Ivy League and other top schools, Many went on to top business schools (HBS, Wharton, etc.) - Case work for well known private equity firms

    Cons

    - Company became unstable due to management issues and employees were unhappy
